1. Are your products authentic, i.e. are they the genuine item?
No, our handbags and jewellery products are inspired designs by famous designers. They are similar in style to the original item and are of a high quality.
2. What are the Designer Brands?
We are able to offer authentic Designer Brand name items at very reasonable prices. However, these stocks are very limited as we are only able to purchase these items in small quantities. These are generally overruns and factory seconds.
3. Do you offer refunds?
No, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if you simply change your mind. All our products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, however if you do have a problem, please send us an email.
4. When will I receive my goods?
Australian Orders: We post twice weekly on Monday and Friday and we use Australia Post (Regular or Express). You will be emailed when goods have been posted. Arrival of goods will generally take 2-5 working days after receiving this email, dependant on postage selection.
International Orders: Will be sent by Registered International Parcel for only $5 more than Airmail and a signature on delivery will be required. You will be emailed when goods have been posted. Arrival of goods will generally take 3-10 business days after receiving this email.
5. Are parcels covered by insurance?
No, there is no insurance covered, however we do provide you with a tracking number if you choose Express Post, so you can easily locate your parcel. You can call Australia Post 131318 for assistance. International orders are sent Registered post so you can locate your parcel.
6. How can I contact you?
Go to the Contact Us page and fill in the form with your query. We will answer you as soon as possible. It is important to us to provide you with quality, efficient service.
7. How are you different to other websites offering designer inspired products?
We are different in that we actually have the stock available for you to purchase. You can contact us and expect to receive a prompt reply. Other websites order their stock when you actually place your order, therefore you may wait several weeks to receive your goods.
